All walls receive two coats minimum (any color) sanded between coats and are painted by hand (brush and roller) after all trim and cabinets, if any, are finished. I can also prime drywall and finish ceilings. 
Stairways with stained or natural lacquer rails, newels, tread, and caps with painted spindles or vice versa. I finish seperate or installed.
All interior painted trim and doors receive one coat of primer (primed or unprimed), two coats of Repcolite high-quality water borne acrylic paint. All imperfections and nail holes filled, all cracks, joints, and miters caulked before final coat. Sanded between all coats. This time tested airless finishing system results in a super smooth very durable, washable, spray-painted finish.
